For Ecom brands spending $50k+/month on ads

I find where your store leaks cash after the click,
fix it before your competitors do,
and help you extract more revenue
from every dollar you’re already spending

Ever look at your business and think:

  • “Why does my ROAS drop every time I push spend?”
  • “Why does every agency I hire solve one problem and create three more?”
  • “And why does growing feel more like bleeding than winning?”

I’ve spent the last couple of years going deep behind the scenes of 6 & 7 figure Ecom brands, and have had hundreds of the same kinds of conversations, and I kept seeing the same thing...

Chaos.

Yup, it’s fucking chaos.

Most founders are wearing a million different hats and doing a million different things at once, so keeping your profit while you scale turns into a logistical nightmare.

Some of the questions swirling around in your head probably sound something like this:

“Should I hire an email agency?” “What about outsourcing creative?” “Should I be testing landing pages, or going straight to the PDP?” “What about quiz funnels? Or advertorials?” “Do I need more bundles, or should I change our checkout flow?”

And so on…

Each of those questions has an agency, a course, a product or a community lined up to sell you its answer. Nobody tells you which one to answer first.

The biggest problem is, the obvious leaks, the ones that are easy to fix, they’re the ones costing you pennies.

The big leaks costing you tens of thousands a month, capping your spend and stifling your growth?

They’re a lot harder to spot.

That’s where I come in…

The fix is rarely where you think it is.

Most CRO specialists focus on the front-end obvious fixes:

Button colours, fake scarcity and authentication badges, or A/B testing headlines.

There’s a time and a place for this. But it misses something bigger:

The real reason people buy.

I’m talking about what made them stop scrolling, what made them add to cart, and what made them actually pay.

If you want to scale to cold traffic, this is what separates the brands that scale from the ones that stall.

And if you’re looking for more customers from your current ecosystem, this is where the easiest wins are.

The more you increase your ad budget, the colder your traffic gets. People who’ve never heard of you and need more convincing.

If your process hasn’t closed the gap between click and conviction, then scaling spend just makes the bleeding faster.

Prospects hit every one of those leaks, which is why your ROAS drops the moment you push spend.

Here’s the thing…

Every one of those leaks comes back to the same question.

Why do people buy from you? And where do they stop?

Strip away the product and the channel, and the answers are always the same.

People buy for the same few reasons.

Miss the mark and you lose them. Whatever you sell, wherever you sell it.

You don’t need six vendors answering six separate questions.

You need one person who looks at the whole store through your buyer’s eyes, finds where the cash is leaking out, and tells you which leak to fix first.

That’s what I do.

I don’t act as an agency.

Because that’s probably not what you need.

You also don’t need another course, or fancy new piece of software.

You need someone who maps out where you’re losing buyers, then either:

  • shows you how to fix it,
  • guides your team through it,
  • or fixes it for you.

Your call.

An agency sells you the thing it does. I look at everything first and tell you what actually costs you the most, even if that means pointing you somewhere else.

I’ve got nothing to sell you except the answer.

Here’s How the Process Works…

I walk your store the way your buyer does. Analysing everything on phone and desktop.

Starting from your ads, we move through to your site & your emails then find the exact points where people don’t buy.

Usually, this is in one of four places:

  1. 01

From the ad to the page

The few seconds where a buyer decides whether the click was worth it. It’s also where I find out whether the thing stopping further scale is where they land, an objection that’s unanswered, or the type of person your ads bring in.

  2. 02

    The first order process

This is where an interested buyer either pays or talks themselves out of it. We’re talking about Landers, Product Pages, Abandoned Carts, Email Lists, The Full Funnel.

  3. 03

    The size of the order

Are we maximising AOV? What about LTV? Have we got the highest order value possible, while actually creating a happier buyer, and someone who’ll come back time and time again?

  4. 04

    The next order

Are we generating customers? Or are we generating raving fans?

Almost any Ecom business can get customers. Very few turn their customers into their best advocates and biggest cheerleaders.

We don’t just make sales, we make brand ambassadors.

About me

A decade of working out why people buy.

I’m Dom. I’ve spent over a decade in sales and marketing from reselling sneakers & hype beast clothing, telco to crypto, data & cloud to agencies and of course… Ecom.

The products changed every time. The job at the center stayed the same: work out why people buy. Whether it’s ads, websites, VSLs, emails, phone calls or face to face, the triggers behind buying are always the same.

When I’m not geeking out over buyer psychology you’ll find me training in the gym blasting house & techno at 5am, drinking beers with my mates on a Friday, eating fat steaks, padel, tennis, jiu jitsu, Muay Thai and asking my fiance how the wedding planning is going & how much is it going to cost me.

FAQ

Who is this for?

Ecom brands that sell their own product from their own store and spend $50k or more a month on ads. If you’re not there yet, I’ll tell you on a call whether this is worth doing now or not.

How do I know this will work for my brand?

Honestly, I can’t promise that without looking at your store. You might already be doing everything perfectly, and if that’s the case I’ll just tell you. However when small leaks can = $$$$$ it’s always worth a look.

Why don’t you just build and scale your own brands if you’re so good?

Fair question. I know what I’m good at and that’s sales and marketing psychology..why people buy and where they stop. Running a brand is mostly other jobs. Developing the product, chasing a factory on lead times, deciding how much stock to buy and tying your cash up in it, the 3PL, hiring the team. You’ve already done the stuff I dislike, and done it well enough to spend $50k+ a month on ads. A great surgeon doesn’t run a hospital.

Will this add more work for my team?

Only as much as you want. If your team is stretched, pick done for you and I’ll just make the fixes myself.

Do you need access to our store or ad account?

Not to start. I work from what your buyer sees: your live ads, emails and your pages. If we run tests, I’ll ask for view access to your analytics.

What does it cost?

Each piece of work has a fixed fee, agreed before we start. You’ll know the number upfront, and you’re under no obligation to go ahead. The initial overview will of course be free.
